तेज़ गर्मी के बाद, बरसात का मौसम प्रकृति का आलौकिक वरदान होता है ,ग्रीष्मकाल के बाद जब तपती धरती पर बारिश गिरती है तो वातावरण उमंगित हो जाता है ।
लेकिन मौसमी बदलाव अपने साथ कई रोगों को आमंत्रण भी देता है ,इसलिए यदि आप वर्षा ऋतु में स्वास्थ्य सावधानियां रखेंगे तो बीमारियों से तो बचेंगे ही,साथ ही इस मौसम का पूरा आनन्द भी ले पाएंगे।
बारिश के मौसम में पेट के रोग, सर्दी-खांसी, त्वचा रोगों से लेकर दस्त, मलेरिया, डेंगू, टाईफ़ोइड, पीलिया इत्यादि अनेकों रोग फैलते है।जिस तरह हम बारिश से बचने के लिए छाते के इस्तेमाल करते हैं ठीक उसी तरह बरसात के मौसम मे फैलने वाली इन बीमारियों से बचने के लिए भी हमें कुछ एहतियात रूपी छाते का इस्तेमाल करना चाहिए।
भारतीय चिकित्सा परिषद उत्तराखंड के बोर्ड सदस्य एवं आयुर्वेद विशेषज्ञ डा. महेंद्र राणा बरसात के मौसम में अपने शरीर को स्वस्थ रखने के लिए दे रहे हैं कुछ महत्वपूर्ण सुझाव :
* पहली बारिश के साथ ही दही, मट्ठे का सेवन कम से कम एक माह के लिये बंद कर दें.ये इसलिए. क्योंकि बरसात गिरते ही सब प्रकार के वायरस, कीटाणु भी पनपने लगते हैं जिससे पशुओं का चारा भी दूषित हो जाता है,
परिणाम स्वरुप कीटाणुओं के रस दूध में भी आ जाते है और जब हम दही जमाते है तो इन एक कोशिकीय कीटाणुओं को भी पनपने का अवसर मिल जाता है । यदि आप बरसात में दही मठे का सेवन नहीं करेंगे तो दूध उत्पादों की एलर्जी जिससे मुहांसे व अन्य त्वचा रोग होते हैं, से बचे रहेंगे।
हरे पत्ते के शाक (साग) सलाद पहले एक माह के लिये बंद कर दें क्योंकि इनमें भी कीटाणुओं से दूषित होने खतरा है।आयुर्वेद में शाक को बरसात में खाना बीमारियों को स्वयं न्योता देना बताया गया है ।
* बरसात के मौसम में, प्रकृति की सब रचनाओं के साथ साथ हमारा पाचन भी कमज़ोर हो जाता है और पेट में संक्रमण का खतरा बढ़ जाता है ,इसलिए भोजन के बाद एक चम्मच समभाग अजवाईन, सोया (काली कडवी सौंफ) व सौंफ का भुना हुआ चूर्ण अवश्य लें ।ताज़े आहार लें, लेकिन कम मात्रा में लें । हमेशा ताजे और स्वच्छ सब्जी एवं फलों का सेवन करें ।ध्यान रहे, खाने से पहले फल – सब्जी को अच्छे से स्वच्छ पानी से धो कर साफ कर लें।बासी भोजन,पहले से कटे हुए फल तथा दुषित भोजन का सेवन करने से बचें ।ऐसा भोजन खाएं जो आसानी से पच जाये।
क्योंकि बरसात के मौसम में हमारी पाचन शक्ति भी मंद हो जाती है इसलिए जब भूख लगे तब ही और जितनी भूख हो उतना ही या उस से कम खाएं ।
बाहर सड़क के किनारे मिलने वाला या होटल का खाना खाने से पूरी तरह बचना चाहिए। बाहर का खाना खाने से हैजा, दस्त, उलटी, टाइफाइड इत्यादी गंभीर रोग हो सकते हैं।सड़क के किनारे बेचे जानेवाले चायनिज फ़ूड, भेल, पानी पूरी यह फ़ूड- पॉईजनिंग होने के प्रमुख कारण होते हैं। हाँ, इसका एक अपवाद ज़रूर है ,यदि आपका पाचन सही है तो अपने सामने तले कचोडी, मंगोड़े, पकोड़े, का लुत्फ़ उठाया जा सकता है क्योंकि डीप फ्राइंग से सब कीटाणु नष्ट हो जाते हैं।
- वर्षा ऋतु में पसीना भी अधिक निकलता है ,ऐसे में जरुरी है की शरीर में पर्याप्त पानी का प्रमाण रखने के लिए कम से कम 8 गिलास पानी का सेवन अवश्य करें।हमेशा उबाल कर ठंडा किया हुआ या फ़िल्टर किये हुए स्वच्छ पानी का सेवन करे। कम से कम 15 मिनट तक पानी अवश्य उबालें। ठंडा पेय या कोल्ड ड्रिंक्स पीने की बजाय तुलसी, इलायची की चाय या थोडा गरम पानी पीना ज्यादा फायादेमंद है।ठन्डे पानी में यदि आप नीम्बू के छिलके मिला लें, तो पानी बेहद सुरक्षित हो जायेगा.
- बारिश में भीगना सबको पसंद होता है,लेकिन बारिश में ज्यादा देर तक भीगने से सर्दी-खांसी और बुखार भी हो सकता है।
- बारिश में भीगने पर ज्यादा देर तक बालो को गीला न रखें।अगर आप को अस्थमा है तो आपको जल्दीसर्दी-जुखाम-खांसी हो सकता है ऐसे में बारिश में न भीगें।कपड़े,जूते,चप्पल गीले हो जाने पर तुरंत बदल दें।ज्यादा समय तक गीले कपडे पहनने से फंगल एवं फुंसियां आदि त्वचा रोग हो सकते हैं।
- बदलते मौसम मे बच्चों और बुजर्गो के बिमार होने की संभावना ज्यादा होती ,इसलिये जरुरी है कि उनके स्वास्थ्य का विशेष ख्याल रखा जाए।बच्चे और बुजर्ग बारीश मे ज्यादा बाहर न निकले।
- * खाने मे हल्दी, ईलायची, सौन्फ, काली मिर्च, अदरक का इस्तेमाल करें, इनसे रोगप्रतिकारक शक्ति बढती है।
*विविध सावधानियां*
- रात्री मे सोने के लिए मच्छरदानी का प्रयोग करे।
- अपने घर के आस-पास गंदगी न होने दे।
.घर के आस-पास के गड्ढों को भर दे।जिससे बारिश का पानी रुककर सडने न पाए,इससे मच्छर उत्पन्न नही होंगे।
- घर की अच्छी तरह फ़िनाईल से सफाई करे
- ताकि मक्खियाँ, मच्छर न आए।
- बारिश के मौसम में रोग बिगड़ने में देर नही लगती,इसलिए, किसी भी रोग कि शंका होने पर तुरंत डॉक्टर के पास जाकर परामर्श लें।*
